/* ══ PROJECT GUIDE (Type C) — the status pill on surfaces OUTSIDE the canonical card ══════════════════════════════
   🔒 AUTHORITY: `.claude/rules/project-opportunity-classification.md` § 9 (locked visual specification, 25 Aug 2026):
status pill background #edebf2 · border #e0dde7 · text #3d3949; geometry identical to the other classification
pills; full weight (⛔ never de-emphasised; ⛔ must not read as a warning, error, disabled or unavailable state).
Activated by the owner classification ruling of 19 Sep 2026 (DECISION_REGISTER § 66.15).
⚠ The § 9 open-book icon is NOT drawn: OWNER RULING W-3 admits only the asset and amenity icon libraries (the same
recorded difference as the Dal Verified header badge's check mark, `render/workspace.js`).
⛔ Colour only: each pill keeps its surface's own approved geometry and typography. The canonical D-08 card's
Project Guide treatment is `.cx-pill-c` + the variant rules in `comparison.css`. */

Owner: "Add canonical Dal Verified / Project Guide badges to named-project cards using the shared classification."
The canonical D-08 pill (`comparison.css` `.cx-pill` / `.cx-pill-c`), its declarations copied VALUE FOR VALUE onto the
